Thermal Imaging (IR)

A thermal camera can be a great tool that assists an Inspector with the detection of moisture and our Inspectors often utilize IR technology during their inspections.
Prices:
The use of thermal imaging as a visual aid during our home inspections is included.  Due to specific environmental requirements specific thermal images or assessment prices vary, please contact us for more information.

Well Flow Testing

Regulated well flow verification test to determine a well's ability to sustain a pre-determined flow, typically 5 gallons per minute (GPM) for a specified duration of time.  We can also provide water quality sampling and testing.

4 hour test - $400

CWI, OBOA, ICC S1 & S2, Structural Steel & Welding, NDT/NDE

Inspection and testing services for welding, structural steel, high strength bolting, proprietary anchors, and special inspections.  Welding program development, welding procedure specifications (WPS), welder qualifications and certifications, machine parameter and calibration verification, ultrasonic flaw detection (UT), magnetic particle (MT), dye penetrant (PT), visual inspection (VT), coatings thickness.and more!
Prices:
Inspection rates start at $85 per hour plus mileage and with a 3 hour minimum.  Call for additional pricing and proposals.

Asbestos Inspection/Testing

Asbestos Inspections and Surveys, Lead Based Paint Testing.

Mold Inspection and Identification

Sampling of suspected fungal growths and lab analysis to determine spore type.  Comprehensive report includes information on mold spores identified and toxicity with variable levels of identification available.

Residential Backflow Device Testing

Backflow prevention devices are used to protect potable water supplies from being contaminated.  Backflow devices are to be tested annually by an approved and licensed Backflow Tester and the results are to be submitted to the local jurisdiction.  If you are purchasing a home with a sprinkler or lawn irrigation system you should review these records to be sure that they are current.  Should the unit need to be tested we can help!
